    Jamal Pay provides an online payment platform that enables users to securely make payments to Algeria. Our services are limited to outbound payments, and users cannot receive payments through Jamal Pay.

    To use Jamal Pay, you must register for an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  4. SMS and MMS Communications

    By creating an account with Jamal Pay and providing your phone number, you automatically opt-in to receive SMS and MMS communications from us. You agree to the terms set forth in this Section.

    • Jamal Pay will send you text messages with service updates, offers, and promotions via the mobile telephone number associated with your account.

    • Message frequency may vary based on several factors, including your usage of our services. We may use automated or non-automated technology to send you service and/or promotional messages.

    • You have entered your mobile telephone number correctly, and you are the owner or authorized user of the provided number.

    • You can opt-out of receiving SMS and MMS communications from Jamal Pay at any time by texting "STOP" to the relevant number or by calling us at our customer service number (808)-301-0326. Standard message and data rates may apply to such opt-out requests.

  5. Privacy Policy

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We employ industry-standard measures to protect user data. We do not have access to your login credentials, and we do not sell user data.

  7. Compensation for Mistakes

    In the event that Jamal Pay makes a mistake on our part resulting in the loss of funds, we take responsibility for compensating the customer up to 100% of the lost funds.

  8. Charges and Rates

    • You understand that your mobile carrier’s messaging and data rates may apply.

    • All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

    • Jamal Pay does not charge you for receiving text messages from us.
